These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products offered through TopSecretDocuments ("the Service"), operated by Ziggy Henriquez, sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
TopSecretDocuments sells digital field manuals and written guides intended for personal, educational, and self-reflective use. The materials are informational only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

5. Intellectual property
All content, text, design, branding, and source materials remain the property of Ziggy Henriquez. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own personal use only. No resale or redistribution.
6. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your license to use the materials ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller resides. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
